FAQs

  • I do offer deliveries, however as I generally have more than a few orders per morning/afternoon, deliveries must be pre-booked to allow me to put time aside to deliver. Weddings and multi-tiered cakes take delivery priority.

  • I do make GF & vegan cupcakes! I understand the importance of allergies and I will use only GF or Vegan ingredients, however as I am not a GF/Vegan kitchen, I cannot guarantee there will be no traces of gluten or dairy in my products.

  • I recommend a minimum of 2 weeks notice to place an order. 4 weeks or earlier is preferred!

  • During the week of the order we will confirm the pick up date/time. We try our best to ensure the time chosen best suits you. There are strict 15 minute pick up time slots to collect orders - however if you are running late please let us know!

  • Please always leave your cakes somewhere cool with no direct sunlight, an air-conditioned room is best! For buttercream cakes, these can generally be kept fresh in the fridge for a week (quality of decorations when refrigerated vary- fondant cakes generally sweat when refrigerated, likewise fondant decorations on buttercream cakes). Once the cake has been served/cut I recommend putting leftover cake into an air tight container and consuming over the next few of days.

  • Please always leave cupcakes somewhere cool with no direct sunlight. Cupcakes do not need to be refrigerated!
If cupcakes are not consumed on the day of event/pick up, please put cupcakes in an airtight container and enjoy over the next few days.

  • I recommend individually wrapping all cookies as this keeps them fresher for longer! If you have not opted for individual wrapping, please put cookies in an airtight container.
